First Glance: Trust Exercise
Marsha feared falling into Antony's arms and yet knew she had to test her love and his in this first glance short form read, a story written after the first glance of a photo

Antony felt at a loss and kept his words simple. “But I love you.” He blew a whisper of breath into his coffee.
“I know.” Marsha couldn’t help but smile, taking in the surroundings of the hotel room. “I’m sure you do, but I’ve heard that before.”
“So you think last night was filled with empty promises?” Antony ran fingers up Marsha’s silky nightshirt, caressing her hair.
“Not empty.” She turned her attention to the view of the city outside the window. “I believe that you believe them.”
“But you’ve heard it all before?”
She nodded. “I have.”
